Summary of functionality MagicPDA Blackberry by IBERTEK is a 100% browser based BlackBerry solution for Magic & Service Desk Express. It incorporates all your day to day call logging and resolution requirements into a fast and effective solution and is the only solution of its kind that is designed specifically to run on the BlackBerry environment. MagicPDA allows your staff to view, create and edit Incidents and Work Orders assigned to you or to your group. Providing your Support Staff with this mobile but permanent real-time view on their workload will increase your staff's efficiency by negating the need for them to return to their PC to either close, update or receive their next call. Calls can be worked on in real-time whilst in the field via a wide range of technologies including Wi-Fi hot spots, GPRS, GSM or Bluetooth LAN etc. Utilising these mobile technologies your field technicians can truly remain field based.
Functional Details
As with Magic/SDE, you login to the solution and choose which of your groups you wish to login to. Once your Login ID and password have been validated you will be presented with a list of Incidents assigned to you and to your chosen group without an owner. List Incidents
