Assess
During this phase of our engagement, we will work with you to perform a platform-agnostic readiness assessment, to report on factual utilization trend metrics for your server and desktop hardware, storage capacity, databases, and network infrastructure. These metrics will allow us to help you build a strong business case with a projected ROI, and set the tone for a tailored solution design.   

Design
We see the design phase as the most critical, as this phase will determine the success of the whole project. Investing time and budget at this stage ensures a solid, secure, scalable, and modular foundation for future growth. We will work with you to produce the appropriate high-level and low-level designs, diagrams, and configuration documents, that will serve as enablers going forward, and maintain alignment with the business and IT strategies.

Deploy
This phase is where we deliver the designed solution through test and production environments, in a consistent and risk adverse manner.
